Mobile Phone Number: When you opt-in to receive SMS notifications, we collect your mobile phone number in E.164 format (e.g., +1234567890).
Scheduled Time: The countdown target time you set for your notifications.
Timezone Information: Your browser's timezone to format notification messages appropriately.

We do not collect names, email addresses, payment information, location data, or any other personal information beyond what is listed above.

How We Use Your Information

Your mobile phone number is used solely for the following purposes:

To send you scheduled SMS notifications about your Claude Code access restoration time (up to 2 messages per countdown: a 5-minute warning and an access restored notification).
To deliver the service you explicitly requested by entering your phone number and starting the countdown.

We will never use your phone number for marketing, promotional messages, or any purpose other than the countdown notifications you requested.

Mobile Information Sharing Policy

We do NOT share, sell, rent, trade, or distribute your mobile phone number or any mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Your mobile information is only shared with our SMS delivery provider (Twilio) solely for the purpose of delivering the notifications you requested. Twilio processes this information under their own privacy policy and data processing agreements, and only to transmit your requested messages.

We do not share your mobile information with any other third parties, affiliates, partners, or advertisers for any reason.

SMS Terms and Consent

By providing your phone number and clicking "Start Countdown," you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages from Claude Code Countdown regarding your countdown timer.

Message Frequency: You will receive up to 2 messages per countdown (one 5-minute warning, one at access time). This is a one-time notification service, not a recurring subscription.
Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Opt-Out: You may opt-out at any time by not submitting your phone number, by refreshing the page before starting a countdown, or by replying STOP to any message received. Once a countdown is started, scheduled messages cannot be cancelled, but you will receive no further messages after the scheduled notifications are delivered.

Data Retention

We do not permanently store your phone number in our systems. Your phone number is transmitted directly to Twilio for message scheduling and is not retained in our databases after the API request is complete.

Twilio may retain message logs in accordance with their data retention policies and legal requirements. Please refer to Twilio's Privacy Policy for more information.

Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information:

All data transmission is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS.
Phone numbers are validated before processing.
We use Twilio's secure API for message delivery.
No persistent storage of phone numbers on our servers.

Children's Privacy

Our Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at privacy@claudecodecountdown.com.
